Fertility begins in the gut.

There are so many pieces to the puzzle of infertility.

Are you ready to take the steps necessary to increase your gut health, regulate your hormones and be in control of your fertility story?

So maybe you have seen countless doctors with no answers or maybe you are just starting your journey of creating a family.  You maybe wondering why nobody has asked you questions regarding your gut health.
If not, let me be the first to ask, What is your gut health like?

  • What does your gut health have to do with infertility?

Your gut is responsible for so many functions in your body. It helps to regulate your immune system. It helps to control your mood. It helps your body to regulate your hormones

    Which all influence your fertility.

A healthy gut limits inflammation and oxidative stress, which is a major cause of unexplained infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss.

  • You're Not Alone

As someone who struggled with infertility, and didn’t know the importance of your gut-fertility connection until after many years later, I can’t keep this information to myself.

If you are dealing with unexplained infertility, PCOS, endometriosis or many other health issues, t might be time to look into your gut health.

If your gut microbiome is out of balance and your immune system isn’t functioning properly your body can be in a state of chronic inflammation. If your body is in a state of chronic inflammation and out of balance it won’t allow for proper ovulation and/or implantation.

  • The G Word

A big factor in causing this imbalance is the G word. Gluten, yes, gluten also plays a major role in your gut and hormone health. I hear it all the time, but I don’t have Celiac Disease or I am not sensitive to gluten how can this be affecting me? As I mentioned earlier, I suffered from infertility which included endometriosis, yes it is affecting your health and your infertility journey.

If you have gas, bloating, stomach pain, painful periods, no periods, irregular periods, gluten is effecting you.

Do you have any of these symptoms?

  • Allergies including seasonal allergies and food allergies

  • Frequent colds and flu

  • Cravings for carbs or sugar

  • Frequent headaches

  • Brain fog

  • Poor sleep

  • Skin issues like eczema, acne, rosacea

  • Anxiety and/or depression

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Sinus congestion

  • Autoimmune disease

  • Joint pain

  • PCOS

  • Endometriosis

  • Unexplained infertility

If you answered yes to any of the above,
then your gut health may be at the root of your fertility struggles.
